Ben Franklin’s Electricity Party
Science Theatre Performance & Hands-On Workshop Combination.
For grades three and four.
Benjamin Franklin shares the excitement of his electrical experiments with your third grade students in this live theatre performance and hands-on workshop presentation. With the help of student volunteers, Franklin explains the interaction of positive, negative, and neutral charges and reenacts his famous kite experiment.
During the workshop portion of the presentation your students become the scientists as they participate in the Static Electricity Challenge. Ben Franklin’s Electricity Party will be performed right in your classroom by a professional actor from the Educational Touring Theatre.
